1. Nature of the Project

• Swar Bharat is a digital documentary series. We do not offer any physical products or items that require shipping.

• All access to content is provided via online platforms such as YouTube or secure streaming links shared with contributors.

• In the event that merchandise or physical rewards are offered in the future, updated shipping terms and timelines will be provided here.

2. Contributions and Terms

All payments made via this website or any associated platform (such as Razorpay, Patreon, or others) are considered voluntary contributions toward the creation, production, and distribution of the documentary series.

 

• Contributions do not confer ownership, royalties, or any future rights in the intellectual property of the project.

• We reserve the right to acknowledge contributors publicly or privately at our discretion.

• Contributors may receive digital perks, updates, or recognition based on their contribution tier, as outlined in the campaign.

• If you contribute through third-party platforms (e.g., Razorpay, Patreon, Ketto), their individual terms of use and privacy policies also apply in addition to these terms.

 

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the project, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once a contribution is made. All contributions are directly allocated to production, research, travel, filming, and post-production.

4. Privacy Policy

5. Intellectual Property

• All content produced under the Swar Bharat project—including but not limited to videos, music recordings, text, graphics, photographs, and logos—is the sole intellectual property of Mujeeb Faridi.

• Contributing to the project does not grant any ownership, license, or rights—financial, creative, or otherwise—to the final product or any part thereof. By making a contribution, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the project and all its outputs remain the exclusive property of Mujeeb Faridi

• No part of the project may be reused, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written consent from Mujeeb Faridi.

6. No Guaranteed Timelines:

• While we are committed to completing and releasing the Swar Bharat documentary series, timelines for production, editing, and release may shift due to logistical, financial, or creative factors. Contributors acknowledge that delays are possible and do not constitute grounds for refunds.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.) that affect the delivery or progress of the project, Swar Bharat and its team will not be held liable for any resulting delay or modification in plans.

7. Use of Contributions:

• Allocation of Funds: All contributions will be used at the discretion of the project team to support the goals of the documentary. This includes production, equipment, artist honorariums, crew compensation, travel, licensing, post-production, and outreach.

• Non-Commercial Nature: This is a creative, independent, and non-commercial project. Contributions are not considered investments and do not yield financial returns.​​​​

8. Respectful Engagement:
We welcome dialogue, feedback, and support, but reserve the right to block or ban users who engage in harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior in connection with the project or its creators.

9. Right to Revoke Perks or Access:
In rare cases, if a contributor is found to be violating the terms (e.g., abusing perks, sharing private links, or disrupting the project), we reserve the right to revoke access to contributor-only content without a refund.

• Project Updates: Contributors may receive occasional email updates related to project milestones, content previews, or exclusive behind-the-scenes content. You may opt out of these updates at any time.
