Thank you for supporting Swar Bharat, an independent documentary series committed to preserving and sharing India’s folk music heritage through original, creator-led content.

By accessing this website and choosing to support the Swar Bharat documentary project, you agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy. This project operates within the legal jurisdiction of India.

1. No Refunds for Contributions

All payments made through this platform are considered voluntary contributions toward the production and distribution of the Swar Bharat docu-series. These are not transactions for physical goods or fixed-price services.
As such, all contributions are final and non-refundable, regardless of production delays, changes to content schedules, or alterations in project scope.

2. Non-Cancellable Contributions

Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled or reversed. We do not offer cancellations or partial refunds for any contribution tier or digital perk.

3. Exception – Duplicate Transactions

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same contribution by error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at:

We will review and process any legitimate duplicate payment claims promptly.

4. Changes to Contribution Perks

Perks offered (such as shout-outs, credits, or access to exclusive content) may vary slightly due to creative or technical reasons. We reserve the right to adjust these perks while maintaining the spirit of contributor appreciation.
